Working conditions:
-Yaesu FT857D and Heil Proset HC4
-SteppIR 2Elts with 40/30m kit
-SPE Expert 1KW FA Amplifier
I was qrv only in SSB and PSK31 modes. This was a short week end trip only dedicated to radio.
The SteppIR 2elts with the 40/30m kit is too heavy to setup alone so I had to find the compromise to setup either the 2elts 20m-10m (without the 40/30m kit) or reconfigure the antenna in a 40m-10m dipole (this is what I had done)
I believe this was the best choice as most of the stations I contacted on 40m were happy for the new one.
